Knowledge Base – it is an online library, filled by all users of the system. The database stores the answers to frequently asked questions, presentation, instructions for new employees – any material that may be useful.
Each user can mark the useful material, leave comments and make suggestions. The number of marks and comments makes it easy to find the most requested documents and the most qualified answers and reports.
